There are several universities that offer admission into their degree programs without a GRE/GMAT score. Students are sometimes tempted to attend such degree programs. I would strictly advise against attending such programs. Typically, such programs are not accredited. Meaning, your degree will mean nothing. USCIS will not accept such degrees for H visa etc. Moreover, there is not much rigor in those programs. Meaning, a student will be under prepared to go into the workforce. After spending so much money and time, a student would do well to attend the best degree program that they can get accepted to. Also, the US consulate typically rejects visas to attend such universities. In fact, these universities are unranked and often found in the so called black lists. Students will benefit a lot from attending degree programs offered at accredited universities.
